ContactLinker is a professional digital identity hub operated by Ygrek Consulting, a French SASU with a share capital of €1,000, registered with the Créteil Trade and Companies Register under number 879165389, whose registered office is at 56 avenue de Rigny, 94360 Bry-sur-Marne, France (VAT FR25879165389). Ygrek Consulting is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We build tools that let European professionals share their identity, exchange contacts, and own their professional data.

Data we collect

• Profile information - Your name, title, company, photo, and links that you add when building your ContactLinker space.
• Contact exchange data - Information that visitors choose to leave via your exchange form: name, email, phone number, or whatever they provide. This data belongs to you.
• Analytics - Standard usage data (page views, feature interactions) collected to improve the product. No personal profiling.
• Account data - Your email address and subscription status, used to operate your account.

How we use your data

We use your data to operate and continuously improve the ContactLinker service, and to send transactional emails related to your account, billing, and security.

Your rights under GDPR

As a user based in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the following rights:

• Right of access - You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Right to deletion - You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings.
• Right to portability - You can export your collected contacts in CSV format from your dashboard.
• Right to rectification - You can update your profile and account information at any time.

Data storage and location

All data is hosted within the European Union. We use EU-based infrastructure providers and do not transfer personal data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards in place.

• Analytics cookies - Used to understand how people use ContactLinker so we can improve it. You can opt out of analytics cookies at any time via our cookie settings.

Data retention

Account data is kept for as long as your account remains active. When you delete your account, all associated personal data is purged from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate analytics data may be retained longer.
