Terms of Service

ContactLinker is a professional digital identity and contact exchange platform. It allows you to create a shareable professional space, collect contacts from people you meet, and manage your professional identity online across multiple channels: QR code, NFC, email signature, and custom URL.

The service is operated by Ygrek Consulting SASU and hosted within the European Union. It is designed for professional use by individuals and businesses.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at contact@contactlinker.com.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not assign, share, or sell access to your account to any third party.

ContactLinker offers two paid plans:

• Monthly plan: 10 EUR per month, billed each month.
• Annual plan: 100 EUR per year, billed once annually (equivalent to two free months).

All new accounts include a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Monthly plans are non-refundable for partial months already billed. Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund if you request cancellation within 14 days of your annual renewal date. To request a refund, contact contact@contactlinker.com.

You agree not to use ContactLinker for any of the following:

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages (spam) through or from the platform.
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Publishing or distributing illegal, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content.
• Attempting to circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with the security features or integrity of the service.
• Using automated tools to scrape, harvest, or collect data from the service without prior written authorization.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.

You retain full ownership of the content you publish on your ContactLinker profile: your name, biography, links, contact details, and any documents or media you upload.

By publishing content on the platform, you grant ContactLinker a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service. This license ends when you delete the content or close your account.

ContactLinker's software, platform architecture, brand name, logo, and visual design are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works from them without written permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ContactLinker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or the service is limited to the amounts you paid to ContactLinker in the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The current version of these terms is always available at contactlinker.com/terms. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
